Tommy’s on Wednesday
A slew of folk will be heading to Tommy’s Mexican Restaurant tomorrow evening. Julio is going to do a promotion of Gran Centenario products. Awesome tequilas, that. Also involved in a WIPO domain name dispute.
I’ll be heading in that direction about 7ish.
Also, my friend Ken has explicitly requested Dim Sum for lunch while he is in town. And Dim Sum he shall have. We’ll be heading Canton Seafood & Dim Sum Restaurant. Awesome place near Moscone/WWDC. The more the merrier…

Wasn’t aware of that one. Next time/year; too late for this one. Canton is excellent, though.

I’ve been drinking Gran Centenario Añejo pretty exclusively for the last 5 weeks here in Guadalajara. Very nice…
A few weeks ago I went on a tour of the Cuervo distillery (not the one I would have selected if I had been consulted, but interesting nonetheless–and the meal after the tour was wonderful!)
I don’t know if Julio mentioned this, but did you know that it’s the Cuervo distillery, La Fábrica Rojeña, that produces Gran Centenario? Here’s a link to a picture of two Gran Centenario bottles being poured at the end of the Cuervo tour:

My ramblings on the tour itself are here.
