A few weeks ago I went on a tour of the Cuervo distillery (not the one I would have selected if I had been consulted, but interesting nonetheless--and the meal after the tour was wonderful!) I don't know if Julio mentioned this, but did you know that it's the Cuervo distillery, La Fábrica Rojeña, that produces Gran Centenario?
