We&#039;re going through a severe drought here in Atlanta, but you wouldn&#039;t tell it unless you looked at the reservoirs.  Everything&#039;s still green and relatively lush.  It creates a weird perception issue... we keep hearing that there&#039;s a drought and that in 80 days the water levels in the reservoirs will drop below the intake pipes, but everything &lt;i&gt;looks&lt;/i&gt; normal!</description>
