Bubble Fun!
While out and about today, Christine picked up a Turbo Bubble Machine.
We tossed the bubble solution into it and set it up on a pot in the middle of the backyard.
Roger and Ruby had a blast chasing bubbles, popping bubbles, eating bubbles….
Ruby is obsessed with anything that refracts light. To the point where she will ignore food if there is a shadow, point of light, or something shiny to chase.
So, of course, she was completely enamored with bubbles.
She needed a good long drink of water after playing to get all the bubbles out.
“Mmmmm.. bubbles are tasty!”

Hmm.. I wonder if it’s possible to make a good bubble solution that doesn’t taste soapy.

my folks have one of those and after spending a bunch on bubble solution, found out you can make your own… sugar and soapy water… could be the topic for a future post

The pet stores have bubble solution for dogs, in the dubious “bacon” and “peanut butter” flavors
I got mine at PetSmart.

We adore our bubble machine. And it’s finally warming up enough (after close to a month of 56 degree weather) to finally break it out for the year. Now that our Liam is walking, watching him with the bubbles this summer will be a hoot!
