If you deep-fry a turkey for T-giving (we do one every year) be sure to heavily season it – it makes your oil a mess, but does it ever taste wonderful. We use Penzey’s Northwoods, Galena Street and Southwest mixes. Also some cayenne as we seem to like ~hot~ more and more!
